This is an exquisitely furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath Mediterranean style home with a stunning yard featuring an outdoor kitchen and dining area, fire pit, luxury chaise loungers and a beautiful heated pool/spa with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Inside is beautifully decorated and the large open rooms are perfect for gatherings. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the south end of Palm Springs, this gem of a home is the perfect space for an amazing getaway.
Double entry doors welcome you into the gorgeous formal living room with fireplace and views of the pool. The home features a split bedroom floor plan, high ceilings and lots of light. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, king size beds, luxury bedding, and spacious walk in closets. There are three desks if you are working while away from home and our high-speed internet connection with a mesh system gives you great WiFi in every room. A deep bathtub is also included in the large master bathroom.
The spacious chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new high-end appliances, a double oven, and is well appointed with great cookware, bakeware, and full sets of tableware/glassware for both indoors and out. The kitchen opens to a café-height counter with four barstools so that conversations can be enjoyed with those cooking in the kitchen or for those wanting a quick breakfast or lunch. This area also opens into the dining room and a small club area in the bay window overlooking the back yard.
Throughout the home, you will enjoy tasteful decor, luxury furnishings and beautiful art.
Surrounding the pool is an outdoor kitchen with natural gas barbecue grill, a dining area for eight, a natural gas fire pit which comes on with the flick of a switch, luxury chaise loungers and seating, umbrellas and a even swinging chair to curl up in and read a good book — all set amidst beautiful landscaping. There are no additional charges for the pool heating.
From November through April, there is an additional $50/night pool heating fee. Please let us know when you make the booking whether you would like this or not.
The side yard is a game area with a chest containing several outdoor games to enjoy with your group.
The Garage has space for two cars and is cooled by an evaporative cooler — so even in the summer your cars will remain cool. Three more spaces are available in the driveway and there is also on street parking.
Our laundry room has new washer and dryer and is complete with laundry products, should you need them.
Those planning longer stays will enjoy the large walk-in closets in each bedroom, as well as the large pantry just off the kitchen.
