The Guest Experience
With Out of This World, guests can expect a higher level of service than they would from other vacation rental companies. Even before booking, we respond quickly to on-line inquiries from guests. After a reservation is made, we reach out to guests so they have a point of contact before they arrive. We routinely answer questions about the city, locations and events. We email guests the Good Neighbor Brochure and explain the requirements for renting in the city of Palm Springs.
When they arrive, guests will find every home spotlessly clean. We personally greet your guests, give them a detailed tour of the home, make sure all required paperwork is filled out properly, and answer any questions. During their stay, we are available to guests by phone, text or email. We believe quick response is essential to ensure a positive guest experience. We do our best to handle problems promptly and professionally. Prior to departure, we contact guests to confirm check out time and procedures. After the guests leave, we inspect the home and arrange for cleaning crews and maintenance.
